Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel or modify your order, please send an email to manager@summerstarfashion.com for assistance. Unfortunately, any orders that are more than 2 hours old will be processed in our system, and we will not be able to cancel them.


How long will it take to receive a refund after canceling my order?

Once we approve your cancellation request, you will receive a PayPal refund within 3 business days. If you have not received your refund after 3 business days, please contact us.


What should I expect in my package?

Your package should contain: all the products you purchased, an invoice, the "Return and Exchange Instructions," and possibly some small gifts such as a measuring tape.


How do I exchange an item I received? How long does reshipment take?

If you received an item that needs to be exchanged, you do not need to return the product to us. Simply follow the "Return and Exchange Instructions" included in the package, take a photo, and email us your exchange request. We will reship the product immediately. The shipping time for reshipments is the same as a regular order, and you should receive it within 15 days. Reshipments are also eligible for delayed arrival compensation.


Can you provide a return label?

We offer a better return and exchange process. Please refer to the "Return and Exchange Instructions" document included in your package for more details.


What if I received a product but don't like it and want a refund? How long will it take to get my money back?

If you received an item and don’t like it, you don’t need to return the product. Simply follow the "Return and Exchange Instructions" in the package, take a photo, and send it to us. Once we verify your information, we will process your refund through PayPal immediately. Typically, PayPal will process the refund within 3 business days. If you have not received the refund after 3 business days, please contact us, and we will follow up with PayPal.


Do you have a local return address? What is the return address on the package?

The return address on the package is our carrier's overseas warehouse address. If you prefer not to follow the "Return and Exchange Instructions" and want an immediate full refund, you can choose to pay for return shipping to the address on the package. Once the carrier receives the product, it will be returned to our warehouse for processing. We will issue a full refund as soon as we receive the package.


Can I donate the clothes to someone in need?

We appreciate and support your goodwill. You can donate the clothes to a charity and provide us with the charity’s receipt. In this case, we will issue a full refund as a thank you. For more details, please refer to the "Return and Exchange Instructions" document included in your package. However, we still recommend carefully considering your purchase beforehand to help reduce waste on the planet.


What if I received a defective product but I am willing to accept it? Can I request some compensation?

That's very reasonable, and we can accommodate your request. Generally, if you can accept small flaws, such as washable stains, we can offer compensation. The maximum refund amount would be 30% of the order total to compensate for the inconvenience caused.


Can I still get a refund if I discover an issue after using the product?

If you find a problem with the product after using it, such as significant color fading or print peeling after washing, please provide photographic evidence, and you can still receive some compensation for the product.


How long do I have to return or exchange an item after receiving it?

You have 30 days from the receipt of the product to return or exchange it, as long as the item has not been used extensively.
